CN Blue (bahasa Korea: 씨엔블루), ditulis juga dengan gaya CN BLUE adalah band indie rock asal Korea Selatan. Band ini memulai debutnya di Jepang pada tanggal 19 Agustus 2009 dengan album mini pertama band ini yaitu Now or Never.

Tips Mengecilkan Perut

Perut bukan organ yang berukuran besar tetapi memiliki kemampuan untuk meregangkan dan menyusut sesuai dengan jumlah makanan yang dimakan saat itu. Jika Anda konsisten mengkonsumsi makanan dalam porsi besar, perut Anda secara bertahap akan terus meregang dan  Anda akan membutuhkan semakin banyak makanan untuk membuatnya merasa kenyang. Cara mengecilkan perut yang dapat dicoba adalah Anda harus tetap makan 3X sehari dengan porsi kecil. 

Cara mengecilkan perut buncit dengan pola makan

1. Makan sarapan sekitar 200 kalori. Dapat terdiri dari sepotong roti panggang dengan sedikit selai, satu butir telur dadar dan setengah gelas susu.
2. Makan makanan ringan yang menyehatkan, buah buahan segar yang kaya akan serat yang ada pada buah buahan segar akan membuat Anda lebih lama kenyang.
3. Makan siang sekitar 400 kalori. kira kira seukuran setengah dari rata rata porsi orang orang indonesia ketika makan siang.
4. Jika setelah 2 atau 3 jam dari makan siang tersebut Anda sudah merasa lapar kembali maka silakan anda ambil buah buahan segar sebagai snack Anda.
5. Makan malam cukup 400 kalori saja. Ini biasanya makanan yang paling sulit untuk menjaga 400 kalori, terutama jika Anda makan diluar, segera ingatlah anda sedang mencoba mengecilkan perut.

Selain pengaturan pola makan, mengecilkan perut buncit juga dibantu dengan olahraga, lakukan olahraga yang sifatnya kardio. Olahraga kardio (disebut juga exercise cardiovasculer) sangat efektif dalam membakar kalori, karena ketika tubuh Anda membakar kalori secara otomatis lemak dalam tubuh akan berkurang, salah satu tempat favorit menimbun lemak adalah di perut. lakukanlah exercise sebagai cara mengecilkan perut buncit Anda. Ketika Anda telah mengatur pola makan, kemudian Anda telah melakukan exercise, masih ada yang perlu Anda perhatikan untuk mengecilkan perut buncit. Perhatikan kebiasaan kebiasaan yang tanpa Anda sadari ikut menyumbang munculnya perut buncit.

Cara mengecilkan perut buncit dengan tidak melakukan kebiasaan kebiasaan buruk

1. Hindari melewatkan makan, jadi Anda harus makan minimal 3x sehari, tapi tentu saja dengan kalori rendah tapi penuh dengan nutrisi.
2. Hindari minum minuman beralkohol, jika Anda kesulitan, kurangin konsumi minuman beralkohol Anda
3. Jangan diet dengan berpantang mengkonsumsi protein.
4. Jangan makan (makan malam ataupun makanan ringan) kurang dari 3 jam sebelum anda tidur, jadi jika jam tidur anda adalah jam 22, maka makan makan anda maksimal adalah jam 19.
5. Tidur yang cukup,kurang tidur termasuk kebiasaan yang bertentangan dengan tips mengecilkan perut , tiap hari orang dewasa memerlukan waktu 6-7 jam tidur untuk beristirahat setelah seharian beraktifitas.
